Water for Everyone is extracted directly from a pristine aquifer deep beneath the untouched Kaiwaka ranges in the far North of New Zealand. The surrounding countryside is covered by virgin forest, ensuring a 100% pure and natural environment.
The water originates in Antarctica, it is swept off untouched ice plains by powerful polar winds and passes over the Southern Ocean to New Zealand.
It falls as rain over the high ground of the Northland province, and flows through mineral rich channels into underground streams. This process is what makes Water for Everyone unique and so beneficial, essential minerals such as Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium are all present in the water.
In particular, an attribute of Water for Everyone is the incredibly high Silica level, it contains approximately 57 mg/l of Silica! This is due to the special composition of rock and underground channels the water flows through.
Silicon is the second most abundant mineral on planet earth after oxygen, and is most commonly found as Silica, or Silicon Dioxide (SiO2).
- Silica is one of nature’s natural cleansing agents, and is important for healthy hair, skin, nails and eyes.
- It is necessary for the formation of Collagen for bones and connective tissue.
- It is also necessary for Calcium absorption in the body, flexible arteries and cardiovascular health.
- Silica is claimed to counteract the adverse effects of aluminum in the body, stimulate the immune system, and inhibit premature ageing.
The table below shows the key mineral contents of Water for Everyone.
The extraction and bottling of natural mineral water is a complex process. Because natural mineral water is a naturally occurring source, constant monitoring and purification is required for every drop that we bottle. Water for Everyone quality control procedures are controlled to Japan, New Zealand, Hong Kong and international standards.
We extract the water directly from the underground aquifer before it reaches daylight. The pipes and system have been installed in such a way that the environment is not affected, the extraction process is approved and controlled by local government authorities.
Once the water reaches our bottling plant it goes through a purification process to ensure that it is 100% safe to drink, while still preserving the mineral content and original taste of the water. Surprisingly the process of bottling mineral water is more complex than almost every other bottled beverage!!
